They were amazing at getting me booked in quickly. Low price as well - which was great compared to other companies and the people I spoke to initially were awesome. The locksmith that was assigned to me sadly got sent somewhere else by mistake but he was so kind and I was quickly assigned another one and without the hour had a new locksmith arrive. Was called out to a breakdown where the door wasn’t closing at all. The lock had somewhat seized. I spent about 30 mins trying to fix it, spraying wd40, removed the door card etc… to no avail. I gave this company here a call to see if it’s something they deal with. The guy gave me a step by step guide over the phone and the problem was solved within 45 seconds. Like I said prior I was there for about 30 mins! I was happy, broken down member even happier now their door closes! Would definitely recommend in the future! ~ Rico S

Angel of a rescue service, so polite and so tenacious. TT genuinely cares about providing a service and he goes above and beyond. My car proved to be a complex case because it has had the electrics messed with, TT was able to get further in his understanding of what had happened in the car than three garages had and he managed to program my key. I was so admiring of his patience the whole way through on a job I think many would have given up on. We are beyond greatful to him and wish him every success going forward. ~ Lauren W

For the first time in my life I locked my keys in the car, and couldn't find the spare. Couldn't believe it! This fantastic gentleman advised me that he could sort out the car for me.
